There’s no exact age when a girl needs her first bra — every body develops differently.
However, many girls begin to consider wearing a bra between ages 7 to 13, depending on their individual growth.
How Do I Know If I Need a Bra?
Here are a few common signs:
• Breast buds (early breast development) start to appear
• Discomfort or movement during physical activity
• Feeling self-conscious about how your chest looks under clothing
