Personalisation Guidelines

To maintain the quality and consistency of our made-to-order products, please note the following:

• Up to 2 Initials: Choose two uppercase letters of your choice

• Design is fixed: All customisations use our standard font, colour, and size for consistency.

• No special characters (e.g. &, *, -, etc.) or lowercase letters are allowed.
• Location: Printed along the underbust band on either the left or right side, depending on the garment’s cut, ensuring a subtle finish.
• Estimated delivery in approx. in 4–5 weeks
• All personalised products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their custom nature.

Discount Exclusions

Customised products, including Pre-Order and Personalised Edition, may not be eligible for use in conjunction with other promotional offers, including “Buy More, Save More.”

• At checkout, leave your two uppercase initials in the “Order Notes” (You’ll find the order notes box below the address fields and above the payment section. If no initials are provided, we will default to using the initials of the person placing the order).
