Creative Process & Design Notes — Bringing Una to Life

Una started as simple 2D sketches — soft shapes, gentle colors, a voice still finding its tone.

When we moved her into 3D, she became more alive.
Gestures, tilts, expressions — even the tiniest motion made her feel real.

Sometimes, things went a little sideways:
An extra step, an unexpected tail, a misaligned motion — suddenly she had a leg where none should be.
Each glitch meant going back, adjusting commands, and slowly perfecting every movement.

It was meticulous, sometimes frustrating, but always magical.
Every tweak, every detail, shapes the safe, curious, playful space Una reflects.
