How should my bra fit?
The ideal fit is when the band lies straight, around the front and back of the body. The center of the bra lies flat against the breastbone, separating the breasts. The underwires should not cut or poke into the breast tissue and the sides of your bra should lie smoothly without binding or cutting. Why doesn’t UnaBra have sewn-in labels?
We know how frustrating itchy, sewn-in labels can be. Many women end up cutting them off, but that comes with the risk of damaging the fabric or loosening stitches. That’s why we’ve chosen to print all essential information such as care instructions, fabric composition, and sizing directly onto the garment.
This design not only eliminates discomfort and saves you time but also reduces waste in production, making UnaBra a more sustainable choice. It’s a small change that makes a big difference in comfort, convenience, and eco-friendliness.
Why doesn’t UnaBra carry E or F cup sizes (yet)?
At UnaBra, inclusivity is one of our core values – and we know that means creating options for all body types, not just some. Right now, our current designs are crafted with lightweight materials and seamless technology that offer the ideal comfort and support for cup sizes up to D. We are to ensure that every bra we offer delivers the right balance of comfort and support. For larger cup sizes such as E and F, the level of support needed becomes more specific and technically demanding. The truth is: we’re not there yet, but we’re working on it. Right now, our fabric technology and design structure are carefully engineered to support cup sizes up to D while maintaining the signature softness and flexibility our customers love.

Why aren't FullFit sizes available at UnaBra (yet)?
The designs we selected were chosen from 326 tested samples, all based on existing molds and material standards. Creating FullFit sizes requires completely new tooling and a minimum production of up to 5,000 units—an investment that’s not feasible for a small brand still testing the market.
If there’s strong demand, we’d love to explore a future FullFit option—possibly through a community-backed pre-order or crowdfunding model. Let us know if you’re interested!
Why do we offer Bundle/Group Sales?
We believe that lingerie is an everyday essential and should be refreshed every three to six months. However, replacing essentials like these shouldn’t be a financial burden—being a woman already comes with enough challenges, from periods to childbirth.
Our Bundle/Group Sale option allows women to access better discounts while staying sustainable. By making it easier to stock up on fresh, comfortable underwear, we hope every woman can enjoy clean, high-quality lingerie without compromise.
Why does UnaBra offer Pre-Order / Made to Order?
Are all products available for personalised orders?
Can I change address on my current order?
Your orders begin processing as soon as submitted and unfortunately cannot be stopped or changed. However, once your order has shipped, if you need to edit or correct any address information, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier.
Please note that modifying addresses or shipping methods can significantly impact the delivery processing time(s) and may incur fees, which are paid by the customer directly to the carrier.
How should I care for my UnaBra?
• Hand wash is ideal, do this when you can
• If you cannot hand wash, a mesh lingerie bag should be used in the washing machine
• Always hang to dry. Dryers break down elastic and can cause cups to become deformed
• When storing, avoid folding one cup into the other. This causes creases and the edge of the cup to flip outward and breaks down the overall shape of your bra

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene considerations, we kindly ask customers to try the product over their own underwear and not to remove any tags until they are sure of keeping the item.
All full price items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days (Discounted products – including those purchased via promo codes, deals, or sales items are not eligible for return or exchange). The product must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. For a refund back to the original payment method. For returns or exchanges that are not due to product quality issues, customers are responsible for both the return and original shipping costs.
For bundle or group buys, partial returns are not accepted. You may:
• Return the entire bundle, or
• Keep part of the order and pay the discount difference.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the criteria.
